Our warranty will cover the repair of all serviceable parts of your “Cat5Gear” carrying case for one full year. Due to the nature of use, cosmetic wear or cleaning will not be covered, nor the loss of the case or its contents. You are only responsible to ship your case pre-paid to us after contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-905-308-0584 and receiving a return authorization number. Leave the rest to us, we will either, repair it and ship it back to you at our cost. Or, if we find the case not repairable, we will replace the product for you.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if within 30 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging. Used products are non-refundable. Cat5Gear has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments about your Cat5Gear product.
