We don’t usually discount our product because we keep it at a fair price and work on smaller margins, so why are we doing this?

Unfortunately the current US administration has removed the duty-free “de minims” on online orders $800.00 and under from outside the USA. Currently all online orders coming into the US are subject to the duty that the administration levied on the particular country, CAT5GEAR ships from Canada and is currently at a 35% tariff plus courier brokerage fees. This means you will incur duty/fees (approximately $40-45) that will be due to UPS prior to, or at the time of delivery of your order.

So for the near future to offset the tariff and fees we are offering our US customers a 25% off their order.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are subject to their countries duties and/or taxes and vary by country.

CANADA
Canadian orders ship domestically and appropriate taxes will be applied at our online checkout. CAT5GEAR ships from within Canada so all Canadian orders are duty-free.

Through our online store we ship to Canada and all 50 of the US states, we also ship internationally to Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Turkey, UAE and the United Kingdom. INSTOCK ITEMS:
For online orders to the United States these are shipped ground by courier (usually UPS) and take approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. Canadian orders are shipped ground by courier (Canpar, Canada Post, or UPS) and take approximately 3-7 business days. All other International orders are shipped by courier (usually UPS) and take approximately 7-14 business days.

Pre-ordered items are shipped when we receive stock according to the policy above.
