We don’t usually discount our product because we keep it at a fair price and work on smaller margins, so why are we doing this?

Unfortunately the current US administration has removed the tariff-free “de minims” on online orders from outside the USA. Currently all online orders coming into the US are subject to the tariff that the administration levied on the particular country, CAT5GEAR ships from Canada and is currently at a 20% tariff plus courier brokerage fees. This means you will incur additional tariff/fees of approximately $43.00 on a $81.00 cyclist case order, this amount will be due to UPS prior to delivery of your order.

After we ship your order, you will receive an email notification from us with your UPS tracking number another email notification a few days later from UPS which will read “All import fees must be paid prior to delivery” and it will show a total amount due of approximately $55.00. If you hit the “pay now” button and pay online prior to delivery that amount is reduced by $12.00 to approximately $43.00. If you wait and UPS collects the tariff and fees at the time of delivery they charge the extra $12.00, so it is best to pay online prior to delivery.

The tariff/fee breakdown is as follows:
Government Charges: approx. $19.00 (this is duty and merchandise processing fee)
UPS Brokerage and Agency Fees: approx. $24.00

So although these extra costs are out of our control, for the near future to offset the tariff and fees we are offering our US customers a 25% off their order, ($20.25 on a $81.00 cyclist case order) which will help lessen the impact of these tariffs.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are subject to their countries duties and/or taxes and vary by country.

CANADA
Canadian orders ship domestically and appropriate taxes will be applied at our online checkout. CAT5GEAR ships from within Canada so all Canadian orders are duty-free.

WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO
Through our online store we ship to Canada and all 50 of the US states, we also ship internationally to Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Turkey, UAE and the United Kingdom. INSTOCK ITEMS:
For online orders to the United States these are shipped ground by courier (usually UPS) and take approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. Canadian orders are shipped ground by courier (Canpar, Canada Post, or UPS) and take approximately 3-7 business days. All other International orders are shipped by courier (usually UPS) and take approximately 7-14 business days.
