WARRANTY:
We have a full one year warranty on all of our products against manufacturing defects. This means if our product fails in the first year of purchase from a manufacturing defect, we will replace your it at no charge to you. If you do have a warranty issue please contact us by email or call.

RETURN POLICY:
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if within 30 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.

The pre-paid return shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging. Used products are non-refundable. CAT5GEAR has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments about your CAT5GEAR product.
